As soon as I got this adapter, I charged up my new Garmin Nuvi, without any hiccups. I carry this with me just in case I need to charge it up and take off on foot, using my GPS to guide me everywhere. I am a happy camper!
Important Information Re: nuvi 1300 series August 22, 2010

I purchased this charger for my nuvi 1300. After attaching it to the Garmin nuvi 1300 and connecting it to a 110 volt outlet, the nuvi 1300 booted up, and then started to rotate through different screens, over and over again.
Hmm, what could be causing this strange behavior? The charger WAS charging the GPS, but while the charge was occurring, the nuvi 1300 was continually cycling through the Start-Up screen, then the Pass-Word screen and then the GPS would reboot and do that over and over.
I wasn't pleased with that behavior and I finally figured out what was causing the problem. I had Pass-Word protection on, and once I disabled Pass-Word protection, the nuvi 1300 booted up and was useable while it was being changed.
Bingo! Problem solved.
This AC charger is an inexpensive solution to Garmin's tight-fisted and short sighted "maximize profits, no matter what it takes" policy of not including an AC adapter with the GPS... thank you Amazon.com!

The product works as designed. Just plug it into the wall and plug the other side into the gps and you're all set.

Our new Garmin Nuvi did not come with the travel charger so ordered one through Amazon. It arrived quickly and works perfectly.

I have used this Home Wall AC Charger a couple times (I have not had the Nuvi 1350T all that long) and I works perfectly. What else can I say! I recommend it without reservation.
